Wythenshawe Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Andy Keogh following his departure from Mossley AFC.
The versatile player arrives at the Hollyhedge Park Community Stadium having made 343 appearances, scoring 68 goals in three spells with the Lillywhites.
Andy is no stranger to non-league football, having also featured for Trafford FC, Nantwich Town, and Winsford United to name a few.
Wythenshawe Manager Shane Goldrick is happy to add quality to his squad ahead of the new campaign.
“I’m delighted to welcome Andy to the club,” Shane said. “He is a local lad who adds Northern Premier League (NPL) experience to the group, and leadership in the dressing room.
“He brings quality to the squad, is great on and off the ball and will bring strength to the group.”
Speaking on his arrival to the Hollyhedge Park Community Stadium, Andy said: “I’m happy to be joining Wythenshawe in their debut season in the NPL. It was a no-brainer to sign for the club once Shane got in touch. It’s my local team and what they have achieved over the last two seasons is massive. The team has quality, and I’m hoping to add to that, as well as working with the coaching staff.”
