Wythenshawe FC, is delighted to announce the appointment of Danny Moss as the club’s new Manager. Danny spent two seasons as the club’s Assistant Manager and will now take the helm of the first team as they aim to build on the progress made in recent years.
Having worked alongside previous Manager Shane Goldrick, Danny gained invaluable experience and insight into the club’s structure, philosophy, and ambitions. His deep knowledge of the players, club culture, and local community, positions him as the ideal candidate to take the next step in leading Wythenshawe FC into a new era.
Danny, a highly regarded figure within the club, is known for his tactical acumen, leadership qualities and ability to inspire players. During his time as Assistant Manager, he played a key role in helping guide the team to the North West Counties Division One South title, earning the trust and respect of both the players and supporters.
Danny had this to say about his return to Wythenshawe, “My best memories and moments in football have come at Wythenshawe, so when the opportunity arose to return, I was obviously delighted. I know how much the club means to the staff, fans and the community so myself, the management team and the players will be giving everything we have to get us to where we want to be come the end of April.“
